Junaid Barlas, one of the most lively & beloved souls of HDR-4, left us very early. He, Azhar Ali, Nasim Baz & Sajjad Khokhar were bunch of good friends. Our PMA time passed so well just bcoz of their fantastic company. Barlas being physically tough, always carried my LMG throughout exercises. I became very close to his parents & later to his family members. Our stay together at Gujranwala was most memorable. Tikka eating contest between Barlas & Baz at Igloo Park was an unforgettable event.
Barlas, we miss you buddy. You were a wonderful person, a tested friend & an extremely sacrificing soul. We all pray that you are blessed with highest place in Jannah, Ameen.
